Secure your harvest with our heavy-duty Silage Cover(also widely known as Silage Tarps, Panda Film, or Bunker Covers). We offer a cost-effective, high-performance solution designed to eliminate crop spoilage and maintain optimal anaerobic conditions for your feed.
Material Technology
Manufactured using advanced five or seven layer extrusion technology, our Silage Covers films rely on 100% virgin-grade LDPE and mLLDPE resins from EXXON Mobil™. By integrating premium UV stabilizers, we ensure the film remains durable and intact for a long period, regardless of weather conditions.

Why Silage Cover Works
Dual-Action Protection: The black inner layer prevents light transmission, while the white outer layer reflects sunlight to reduce heat buildup. This thermal regulation minimizes the risk of pit fires, mold growth, and nutrient loss.
Airtight Fermentation: Our multi-layer construction promotes rapid fermentation by locking out oxygen, preserving the nutritional value of your silage.
Application Best Practices To achieve the highest feed quality, YDH Plastic recommends the following installation steps
Seal It Tight: After rolling and compacting the pit, apply the cover immediately. Ensure all air is forced out to create a vacuum-like seal.
Orientation Matters: Always install with the Black side down (facing the crop) and the White side up (facing the sky).
Secure the Perimeter: Weigh down all edges firmly to prevent the cover from lifting during high winds or storms.
Boost Performance: For best results across all forage types (bunkers, pits, or bales), we suggest using a silage preservative alongside our covers to optimize beneficial bacteria levels.Silage Cover is also called Silage Tarp, Black & White Film, Panda Film, Silage Sheet, Bunker Cover, or Silo Cover.
