On August 4, 2026, HELIO Agritech welcomed one representative from an Asian agricultural products manufacturer and distributor to its weed control fabric and shade net production facility. At the customer's request, the company name remains confidential.
The visit was arranged to give the customer a firsthand view of HELIO Agritech's manufacturing capabilities and a clearer understanding of how weed control fabric and shade net products are produced.
Following the Production Process From Workshop to Warehouse
The tour began in the office area before moving through the main production departments. The customer visited the tape extrusion workshop, weaving workshop, roll-finishing area and finished-goods warehouse.
Walking through these areas allowed the customer to see the principal manufacturing stages in sequence and discuss each step directly with the HELIO Agritech team. Particular attention was given to the weaving and roll-finishing processes used for weed control fabric.
The factory tour also provided an opportunity to review equipment operation, material flow and the transition from woven fabric production to finished rolls prepared for storage and shipment.
Detailed Discussion of 90 GSM Weed Control Fabric
Weed control fabric was the main product discussed during the visit. The two sides focused on 90 gsm weed control fabric in two material options - PP and PE - and reviewed the commercial and logistical questions that need to be clarified before a purchase decision.
The discussion included pricing considerations and the quantity of finished product that could be loaded into one 40HQ container.
Container capacity is an important purchasing factor because it affects freight allocation and the customer's landed cost. The final loading quantity must be calculated against the confirmed fabric width, roll length, folding method and packaging configuration.
By discussing these points beside the production equipment, the customer was able to connect the requested specification with the actual manufacturing and packing process.
Sample Dispatch Confirmed as the Next Step
The visit concluded with sample dispatch confirmed. The two sides will remain in communication as the customer evaluates the sample and continues reviewing product specifications and commercial details.
For HELIO Agritech, an on-site visit is an effective way to give customers a transparent view of the production process while addressing practical questions about specifications, manufacturing and container loading.
If you are sourcing weed control fabric, send HELIO Agritech your required weight, width, roll length, material, packaging and destination port. Our team can use this information to prepare an appropriate sample and a more accurate product and loading proposal.
